Stripe is seeking a Leadership Onboarding Partner to design and execute their Manager Onboarding program. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in program management. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure new leaders are set up for success.
You have a strong background in people operations, ideally with experience in onboarding and employee engagement programs. Your exceptional interpersonal skills allow you to effectively listen and assess user needs, synthesizing data to identify root causes and drive resolutions. You demonstrate accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism in all your interactions. You have a proven ability to make sound judgment calls and decisions, ensuring that new managers and leaders integrate successfully into the organization. People management experience is preferred, as you will be working closely with new leaders to support their transition into their roles.
As the Leadership Onboarding Partner, you will own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of the Manager Onboarding program. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to continuously iterate on program outcomes. You will facilitate sessions for senior audiences, ensuring that the onboarding experience is engaging and effective. Your role will require meticulous program management to ensure flawless delivery of onboarding initiatives. You will also play a key role in the Leadership Onboarding strategy, helping to set new leaders up for success in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the onboarding programs and making necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
