What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients procured by Transactly, ensuring that every detail is managed with the utmost professionalism. You will provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals, acting as a vital support system for agents and teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining transaction records and updates within Brivity, PLACE’s tech platform, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will practice proactive, professional communication with clients, agents, and co-op partners, fostering strong relationships built on trust and reliability.

You will also contribute insights and feedback to improve our platform, service model, and team culture, playing an active role in shaping the future of transaction coordination at PLACE.
