PLACE is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to elevate the client experience in real estate transactions. You'll provide exceptional coordination and support for high-volume real estate professionals. This role requires 3+ years of real estate experience and strong organizational skills.
You have 3+ years of real estate experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent — your background equips you with a strong understanding of residential real estate documents and timelines. You possess a passion for organization, communication, and details, ensuring that every transaction is handled with precision and care. You are eager to learn about contracts and compliance across multiple states, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth. Your confidence in using digital tools, platforms, and systems allows you to operate effectively within Transactly's tech platform for task management and communication.
While not required, experience with high-volume real estate professionals is a plus, as is familiarity with transaction coordination best practices. You thrive in a high-performance environment and are ready to step into an ownership mindset, reflecting the values of PLACE in your work.
In this role, you will deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients procured by Transactly, ensuring that every detail is managed with the utmost professionalism. You will provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals, acting as a vital support system for agents and teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining transaction records and updates within Brivity, PLACE’s tech platform, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will practice proactive, professional communication with clients, agents, and co-op partners, fostering strong relationships built on trust and reliability.
You will also contribute insights and feedback to improve our platform, service model, and team culture, playing an active role in shaping the future of transaction coordination at PLACE. Your work will not just be about completing tasks; it will be about amplifying the client experience and setting new standards for excellence in the industry.
