Join Dashlane as an Engineering Manager and be part of our mission to create a secure, scalable, and beautiful application with global impact. Millions of people and businesses worldwide rely on our web extension to protect their digital lives — and we’re looking for a leader to help us take it to the next level.
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in building, growing, and leading the talents that are responsible for developing innovative features for our B2B and B2C customers. You’ll be responsible for a group of talented and high-performing engineering team composed of front-end and back-end engineers, to deliver highly scalable, innovative, stable, and secure solutions. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including confidential computing platforms, to keep Dashlane ahead of the curve.

Location:
You will be based in Lisbon, with English as your working language. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work.
