Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in product management, with at least 5 years of experience leading product initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise lies in understanding complex financial products and translating user needs into actionable product features. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product performance and user satisfaction. You will lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features that enhance user experience. You will conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights that inform product decisions and prioritize the product backlog based on user feedback and business objectives. You will collaborate with compliance teams to ensure that the product meets all regulatory requirements, and you will monitor product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Your role will also involve mentoring junior product managers and fostering a culture of innovation within the product team.
