You are a skilled iOS engineer with a product-focused mindset, ready to contribute to the Brand Ad Formats team at Reddit. You have experience building ad experiences and creating patterns that enhance ad performance and functionality within mobile applications. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges. You engage in the full development cycle, from design and development to quality assurance, experimentation, analysis, and deployment. You understand the importance of user experience and are committed to delivering high-quality, engaging ad formats that resonate with Reddit's diverse user base.
Experience with interactive ad formats and familiarity with AI-driven solutions would be a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
