Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers effectively and provide exceptional service. You are passionate about reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process and are excited to be a part of a fast-growing company like Carvana. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they receive their car. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with a memorable delivery experience that reflects Carvana's commitment to customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that enhance the company's reputation. Your shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to work from 7am to 9pm, including weekends, as you contribute to the team's success.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for significant growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and beyond, with the potential to earn up to $22/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
