Celonis is seeking an Associate Business Development Representative to identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities in the Benelux market. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Who you are

You are a recent graduate with a BA/BS from a top university or equivalent, eager to start your career in business development. You have some experience in sales or a related field, whether through internships or full-time roles. You are comfortable multitasking and managing your time effectively, demonstrating initiative in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with potential clients and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting into strategic business accounts through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media strategies. Your main focus will be to drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives. You will maintain and organize an annual book of business, ensuring that all interactions and follow-ups are documented. As a subject matter expert on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, you will evangelize its benefits to potential clients, producing creative strategies to target decision-makers and influence company revenue.
