You have extensive experience as a Data Center Technician, demonstrating expertise in standard processes for preparing, installing, and troubleshooting equipment. Your holistic understanding of network and server interactions allows you to effectively diagnose and resolve issues. You are proactive in suggesting modifications to improve service quality and efficiency, and you enjoy mentoring and guiding other technicians in best practices.

You are familiar with the core infrastructure and foundational technologies that power cloud services, particularly those offered by Microsoft. Your knowledge extends to the operational aspects of data centers, including environmental sustainability and optimization practices. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to your professional development, seeking opportunities for training and certifications.

Desirable

Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud operations and innovation. You may have worked in diverse teams and understand the importance of inclusivity and collaboration in achieving common goals.

What you'll do

As a Senior Data Center Technician at Microsoft, you will play a crucial role in the operations of data centers that support services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, and OneDrive.
