AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Manager, Alliances to lead the development of a World Class Partner Organization. You'll be responsible for recruiting and managing strategic partners to drive revenue and product adoption. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
You have a proven track record in building and managing partnerships, ideally within the tech industry. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the nuances of partner ecosystems and have successfully driven revenue growth through strategic alliances. You are intelligent, coachable, and driven, with a passion for creating impactful partnerships that benefit both the company and its partners.
Your leadership style is collaborative — you thrive in environments where you can inspire and guide teams towards achieving common goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and strategies, ensuring that you meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Experience in the audit, risk, or InfoSec sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with Go-To-Market strategies. You are comfortable navigating complex partner relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market changes and partner feedback.
In this role, you will assist partner and sales leadership in shaping the AuditBoard partner experience and Go-To-Market strategy. You will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline, and partner acquisition targets. Your day-to-day will involve recruiting new partners, managing existing relationships, and enabling partners to effectively sell and implement AuditBoard solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the partner program, and you will be instrumental in developing training and enablement resources for partners.
You will also analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. By fostering strong relationships with partners, you will help drive product adoption across all segments, ensuring that AuditBoard remains a leader in the market.
