Jumio is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support executive decision-making through advanced financial analysis and forecasting. You'll collaborate with Accounting and business leaders to drive financial performance and improve forecasting methodologies. This role requires 5-8 years of experience in finance or a related field.
You have 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, ideally within a corporate environment. Your background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, equipping you with the analytical skills necessary to support executive decision-making. You excel in developing financial models and have a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes. Your experience allows you to present financial insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, ensuring that financial discipline is maintained across the organization.
You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with Accounting, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial results. Your ability to improve financial processes and reporting tools demonstrates your commitment to enhancing operational efficiency. You understand the importance of data integrity and compliance with internal controls and financial policies, which is crucial in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Fintech, or Gaming would be a plus, as it provides you with a broader perspective on client demand and financial performance metrics. Familiarity with advanced financial analysis techniques and tools will further enhance your ability to contribute to strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring that all financial projections are accurate and aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards, providing critical insights that drive decision-making at the executive level. Your expertise in developing financial models will support long-range planning initiatives, helping the organization navigate its growth trajectory effectively.
