You are an organized individual with a keen eye for detail, ready to take on the role of Recruiting Coordinator at Rain. Your ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones will be essential. You understand the importance of delivering a thoughtful and professional candidate experience, and you are eager to support recruiters with job postings and candidate pipeline management. You are comfortable using technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems, to maintain accurate and up-to-date data. You are a proactive communicator, ensuring that candidates feel informed and valued throughout the interview process.
In this role, you will coordinate interviews across various teams, managing complex calendars with ease. You will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience at our NYC office. Your responsibilities will include managing interview logistics such as scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. You will also maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and support recruiters with job postings and resume reviews. Partnering with hiring managers, you will ensure that interview processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be crucial in helping Rain build a strong team that aligns with our mission of shaping a borderless financial future.
