Overview

Webflow is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support high-impact Enterprise customers in achieving their goals with the AI-native Digital Experience Platform. You'll drive adoption and ensure customer satisfaction in London with a hybrid work model.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment — you understand the importance of building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction. You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also being detail-oriented in your approach to customer needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for your customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable adapting to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on delivering results. You are passionate about technology and its potential to empower users, and you are excited about the opportunity to work with a leading AI-native platform.

Desirable

Experience working with enterprise-level clients is a plus, as is familiarity with digital experience platforms or web development tools. A background in project management or technical support can also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Webflow, you will be the primary partner for our strategic accounts, guiding them from the initial launch through to renewal. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals and challenges, helping them to adapt quickly and maximize the value they receive from our platform. Your role will involve driving adoption of our tools, uncovering new use cases, and championing meaningful outcomes that influence growth and retention. You will collaborate with various teams within Webflow to connect customers with the right experts and resources, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. You will also play a key role in gathering feedback from customers to inform product development and improve our offerings.
