What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at sweetgreen, you will partner with the Head Coach to set goals and track performance, ensuring that your store runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training new team members, anticipating operational needs, and adjusting deployment as necessary to support smooth operations. You will provide hands-on coaching during peak times or staffing gaps, ensuring clear communication for consistent execution. You will also uphold high standards for food safety and cleanliness by inspecting food quality, checking temperatures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Your role will involve resolving facility, supply, and quality issues promptly while ensuring team member safety and strong audit performance.
