CreatorIQ is seeking a Content Specialist to join their Product Education team. You'll create and centralize documentation to educate internal teams and customers. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure documentation is up to date.
You have a strong background in content creation and documentation, ideally with experience in a tech or marketing environment. You understand the importance of clear and concise communication, and you are skilled at translating complex information into user-friendly content. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with Product Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Product Marketing teams to gather insights and create valuable resources. You are detail-oriented and proactive in keeping documentation relevant and up to date as products evolve and industry best practices change. You embrace a culture of continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the educational materials you produce.
Experience with content management systems or documentation tools is a plus. Familiarity with the marketing industry and influencer marketing platforms will help you understand the context of the content you create. You are comfortable working in a flexible environment that combines both in-person and remote work, adapting to the needs of your team and the organization.
As a Content Specialist at CreatorIQ, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining documentation that supports both internal teams and customers. You will collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights, ensuring that the content you create is accurate and relevant.
