## Account Manager (m/w/d) – Uber Eats, Berlin Uber Eats is seeking a motivated and results-driven **Account Manager (m/w/d)** to join our expanding team in Berlin. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our restaurant partners across Germany, fostering high-impact relationships and driving business growth on the Uber Eats platform. If you're passionate about the food industry, excel at building strategic partnerships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. ### What You'll Do As an Account Manager (m/w/d), you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our most valued restaurant partners. You'll be responsible for ensuring their continued success and expansion by focusing on: - **Strategic Account Growth:** Manage 100-150 high-value partners to retain and grow their business, identifying sales opportunities through product adoption and location expansion. - **Maximizing Potential:** Proactively uncover opportunities to unlock additional revenue for both our partners and Uber Eats. - **Risk Mitigation & Retention:** Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention. - **Partner Advocacy:** Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap. - **Relationship Building:** Cultivate long-term partnerships to position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts. - **Account Planning:** Develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews and data-driven analysis. ### Your Qualifications - **Languages:** Fluency in both **German and English** is required. - **Professional Experience:** 2+ years in B2B Sales, Account Management, or retail/food industry management. - **Relationship Management:** Skilled at navigating the customer lifecycle and building commitment with key stakeholders. - **Soft Skills:** A proactive self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - **Strategic Mindset:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive partner growth. - **Drive:** Results-oriented mindset with a dedication to hitting revenue and retention targets. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce is a significant plus).
