Phoenix • Toronto, Ontario
We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who turns numbers into narrative—and insights into impact.
At Phoenix, data isn’t just dashboards. It’s how we learn, grow, and make smarter decisions to help Canadians access care more easily. You’ll be the analytical backbone of our marketing team—translating performance metrics into strategy, uncovering trends in customer behaviour, and finding new ways to optimize how we reach and retain patients.
You’ll partner closely with growth, product, and operations to shape campaigns that don’t just perform, but push the mission forward—making telehealth simple, accessible, and stigma-free.
What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to the Growth and Creative team, leading with data-backed insights that drive strategy and decision-making.
Support the development of advanced measurement frameworks and campaign attribution models that connect media performance to real business outcomes.
Own end-to-end analytics for digital paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, partnerships), ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
Identify optimization opportunities across channels to improve conversion rates, CAC, and LTV.
Conduct post-campaign deep dives and deliver insights that shape future campaign strategies.
Manage marketing performance dashboards and build new reports that combine data from multiple platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, CRM).
Ensure data integrity across tagging, tracking, and attribution systems.
Collaborate with engineers to improve tracking, tagging, and data capture.
Segment and analyze first-party data to identify high-value audiences and behaviours that inform creative and targeting strategy.
Support CRM-based audience builds for paid targeting and retargeting efforts.
Translate behavioural trends into actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and retention.
Support A/B testing frameworks across channels to guide optimization and creative iteration.
Help develop methodologies for measuring impact beyond last-click attribution.
Stay ahead of privacy and measurement trends (GA4, cookie deprecation, consent frameworks).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing or media analytics, preferably in tech, healthcare, or e-commerce.
Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio / Tableau.
Working knowledge of SQL for querying and combining data across multiple sources.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (Braze, Klaviyo, or similar).
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution, and customer funnel analytics.
Exceptional communication skills — able to transform complex analyses into compelling narratives.
Meticulous attention to detail, paired with the ability to think strategically and act with urgency.
A Rewarding Mission: Through our asynchronous care model, Phoenix is reimagining patient-centric care for Canadians across the country by making diagnoses and treatment delivery faster, more accessible, and completely discreet.
Impact & Autonomy: You’ll work directly with passionate, experienced leaders who’ve seen the ups and downs of building a business and genuinely care about your growth. You won’t just execute — you’ll help shape the future of Phoenix and Raven.
Collaborative In-Office Culture: Based in the heart of downtown Toronto, our HQ team comes together on-site five days a week to build fast and push what’s possible. We love the fast feedback loops, spontaneous brainstorms, and actually knowing the people we work with. Bonus points if you’re into the occasional foosball tournament or have strong opinions about the best lunch spot in the neighbourhood.
Competitive Pay, Real Benefits: Our compensation bands are backed by real market data, so offers are competitive and fair. Our benefits package includes standard healthcare coverage, a remote-first holiday season, and holistic wellbeing support — such as a wellbeing allowance and flexible additional time off to care for loved ones, support mental health, observe meaningful religious and cultural holidays, or when life just happens.
