Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience and are skilled in performing light to medium automotive repairs. Your expertise includes working on general automotive repairs such as radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are familiar with completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, and you can carry out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work on every vehicle you service.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to use state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center. You understand the importance of teamwork and communication in a workshop setting, and you are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repairs on our vehicles. This includes diagnosing issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring that all work meets the company's high standards. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and determine the best course of action for repairs.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, ensuring that documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and reliability of the vehicles we sell.
