DigiCert is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to drive account development and sales execution within corporate accounts. You'll collaborate with various resources to maximize sales opportunities. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in sales.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing corporate accounts and developing relationships with executives. Your ability to advocate for customers while balancing business needs is essential. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales. You understand the importance of penetrating accounts to identify needs and configure appropriate offerings from the portfolio. Your experience in leading enterprise agreements and closing multi-year subscription-based deals sets you apart.
Experience in the technology or security industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital trust solutions. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a strategic mindset to drive account development. Your ability to prepare accurate forecasts and document sales activities will contribute to your success in this role.
In this role, you will own account relationships to maximize sales into corporate accounts, driving both cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. You will develop relationships at multiple levels within the accounts, including executive sponsors and decision-makers, to establish positive connections that drive value. Your responsibilities will include leading sales execution, preparing accurate forecasts, and building a sales funnel to meet bookings targets. You will collaborate with DigiCert resources, including executives and solution engineers, to support customer interests and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
