You have a proven track record in social media management, with at least 5 years of experience in creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth. You possess a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, allowing you to spot opportunities and adapt quickly. Your creative instincts help you craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences, and you are comfortable analyzing data to inform your decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to achieve shared goals. You are also experienced in community management, adept at handling escalations and fostering positive interactions with users. You are passionate about building a brand that is culturally relevant and engaging.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the social media strategy for Zopa's Biscuit product, focusing on both organic and paid initiatives to drive customer acquisition and brand loyalty.
