You are an experienced leader with a strong background in sales management, particularly in the e-commerce or technology sectors. You have a proven track record of attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in sales and account management. Your strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills enable you to set and achieve sales goals effectively. You excel in internal communication and cross-department collaboration, adapting to rapidly changing market conditions with ease. Your exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities are complemented by a commitment to high standards and quality. You are results-oriented and possess the resilience and mission-driven mindset necessary to motivate your team towards achieving their objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the seller recruitment and management team, focusing on building and maintaining partnerships with key marketplace sellers. You will develop high-performing teams, setting short, medium, and long-term sales goals and execution strategies tailored to vertical industries and key clients. You will drive revenue growth by formulating key customer strategies for the Korean market and expanding existing successful cases. Actively participating in the sales process, you will identify business opportunities and enhance revenue streams. Collaborating with the e-commerce team, you will optimize category strategies and product development directions. You will also work closely with product teams to understand industry trends and customer needs, developing differentiated new products that strengthen value propositions. Your role will involve providing clear structures, training, and resource support to the account management team through cross-department collaboration.
