Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Consumer Growth Platform to drive product strategy and enhance user engagement through data-driven solutions. You'll collaborate with engineering and analytics teams, focusing on consumer data tooling and attribution models.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in consumer-focused roles where you've successfully driven product strategies that enhance user engagement and retention. Your background includes a strong understanding of data analytics and consumer behavior, allowing you to make informed decisions that positively impact user experiences.
You possess a platform-first mindset, deeply understanding the nuances of consumer data and how it can be leveraged to improve personalization and trust. Your experience includes defining clear objectives and key results (OKRs) that align product investments with measurable outcomes.
You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and data science, to ensure data quality and accuracy. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any team.
You are passionate about building solutions that foster better relationships between companies and consumers, and you thrive in environments where you can lead initiatives that drive performance growth.
Experience with consumer data platforms and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with attribution models and governance frameworks. A background in A/B testing and user research methodologies will further enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
In this role, you will lead the product strategy for Affirm's Consumer Growth Data systems and platform tools, empowering internal teams with the information they need to make informed decisions. You will drive initiatives that enhance attribution and trust, developing reliable tracking and incrementality models that demonstrate the effectiveness of various channels.
You will partner closely with engineering and analytics teams to improve data quality, accuracy, and timeliness, ensuring that the insights derived from consumer data are actionable and impactful. Your role will involve defining clear OKRs and metrics that tie product investments to improved user engagement and incremental growth in gross merchandise volume (GMV).
You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization, encouraging teams to leverage consumer insights to enhance their strategies and initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping how the Consumer Organization engages with users, ultimately driving a positive experience between Affirm and its consumers.
