You are a Technical Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience in leading technology teams, particularly in .NET environments. Your background includes a degree in Systems Engineering, Teleinformatics, or related fields, and you possess strong technical skills in SQL Server and Oracle databases. You have a solid understanding of infrastructure needs and can design solutions based on manufacturer requirements. Your ability to identify risks and manage project connectivity makes you an asset to any team.

You are proficient in programming languages such as Java and Node.js, and you have experience working with Azure cloud services. Your collaborative skills allow you to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all project requirements are met. You thrive in a hands-on role where you can guide your team through technical challenges and provide support during project execution.

Desirable

Experience with Claro is a plus, as it can enhance your ability to manage connectivity and service requirements. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

What you'll do

As a Technical Lead at NEORIS, you will be responsible for gathering infrastructure needs according to the High-Level Specifications (HLS). You will design infrastructure solutions tailored to project requirements and generate sizing estimates for these projects. Your role will involve identifying potential risks in the requirements and interacting with Data Center management to ensure smooth production transitions.

You will manage and monitor the connectivity of services throughout the project lifecycle, providing technical support and guidance to your team. Additionally, you will assist in defining project schedules and technical designs based on the HLS, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and industry standards.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and empowered to tackle challenges. You will also have opportunities to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
