Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in hardware engineering or related fields. Your background includes managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery of innovative hardware solutions. You are adept at monitoring fleet performance and proactively identifying risks that could impact customer satisfaction. You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams and have a track record of preventing customer-impacting incidents through effective fleet management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of NPIs for storage server systems or accelerators, guiding projects from concept to production deployment. You will track and report on overall fleet health, identifying trends and potential risks to ensure optimal server availability for AWS customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving compute capacity and reliability.

You will design technical deployment methodologies that incorporate robust safety measures, driving continuous improvement in server availability metrics. Your role will require you to lead cross-functional initiatives to prevent incidents that could impact customers, ensuring that AWS maintains its high standards of reliability and customer satisfaction.
