Who you are

You have a strong technical background with experience in problem-solving and enhancing operational processes through automation and innovation. As a Senior Support Engineer, you are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product Managers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Program Managers. Your expertise in developing technical requirements and implementing effective solutions through code is essential for this role. You are familiar with Amazon technology and services, and you have a keen interest in optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency.

You possess a deep understanding of software development processes, including design, development, testing, and continuous improvement. Your ability to lead the end-to-end development of self-service software products, particularly Paramount workflows, showcases your technical acumen. You are also a Subject Matter Expert for internal applications, which allows you to provide valuable insights and guidance to your team.

Your experience with Agentic AI and LLM orchestration will be beneficial in optimizing workplan development, testing, and automation. You are proactive in identifying process improvements and collaborating with development teams to enhance workflow efficiency. You thrive in a dynamic environment where your technical skills can make a significant impact on operational success.

Desirable

Experience with automation tools and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to document requirements, create functional specifications, and generate process maps. You will lead the development of self-service software products, focusing on Paramount workflows, ensuring that each phase from design to launch is executed flawlessly. Your collaboration with operations and product teams will be crucial in delivering medium to large-scale projects that enhance the Trustworthy Shopping Experience.

You will analyze operational processes and develop technical requirements that align with business goals.
