What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving project management for customer projects within Rubrik Professional Services. You will work closely with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that the engagement is successful. Your tasks will include preparing customers for deployment, setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources effectively. You will delegate tasks to team members based on their strengths and ensure that all project deliverables are tracked and met. Your role will require you to collaborate with various teams within Rubrik to gather information and communicate requirements effectively. You will be instrumental in transforming possibilities into outcomes for our customers, leveraging Rubrik technology to address technical challenges and improve operational efficiency.
