Who you are

You have over 8 years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field, demonstrating a strong understanding of finance operations and business processes. Your background includes multiple roles in finance and accounting, allowing you to navigate complex financial landscapes effectively. You have at least 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable, showcasing your ability to manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. You are skilled in applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, enabling you to drive improvements in financial performance and operational efficiency. Your experience in building processes and defining procedures reflects your commitment to controllership and compliance, ensuring that financial operations align with business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with business teams to support product launches and enable business expansions, acting as a key representative of Finance Operations. You will participate in developing long-range plans with the business, ensuring that financial considerations are integrated into strategic decisions. Your role will involve liaising with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to understand their requirements and incorporate them into Business Requirement documents (BRDs). You will engage with technology teams to translate business requirements into configurable design specifications, ensuring that financial processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be responsible for identifying and delivering improvements to free cash flow and operating margins by eliminating upstream inefficiencies and defects. Your focus on controllership and compliance will guide your efforts in building processes and defining policies that align with best practices in finance operations. You will work closely with various business groups to understand their models and processes, serving as a strong voice for financial integrity and operational excellence.
