What you'll do

As a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician at Nebius AI, you will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. You will handle support requests through various channels, including in-person, messaging, ticketing, and email. Your responsibilities will include logging, categorizing, and prioritizing all incoming support requests in the IT ticketing system.
