What you'll do

As the Principal Genesys Cloud Architect at Navan, you will own the detailed design and architecture of our global customer experience ecosystem. You will be the technical authority on our Genesys Cloud CX deployment, ensuring that the system not only meets current needs but also anticipates future demands.
