Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager for their Amazon Now team to innovate delivery strategies. You'll work with various stakeholders to enhance customer selection and drive business performance. This role requires 10+ years of product or program management experience.
You are a seasoned product and business professional with over 10 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology. You possess a founder's mentality and are driven by the desire to innovate and improve customer experiences. Your background includes blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives focused on process creation, standardization, and improvement. You have a proven track record of owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition, ensuring successful end-to-end product delivery. Your experience includes managing feature delivery and understanding the trade-offs involved in product development.
In this role, you will be part of the Amazon Now team, focusing on an exciting initiative to deliver products to customers in under 30 minutes. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across operational, technical, business, retail, and finance teams to drive overall selection, customer experience, and business performance. Your responsibilities will include developing the Amazon Now selection strategy, building localized selection, owning vendor promotions and partnerships, and improving pricing and in-stock levels. You will implement operational process improvements and leverage your team to build and execute a multi-year roadmap of initiatives that enhance customer selection and drive growth. Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of millions of customers globally, operationalizing this innovative service.
