What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of PerfectServe's cloud capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud solutions are secure, efficient, and scalable. Your day-to-day tasks will include optimizing provider schedules and dynamically routing messages to enhance clinical workflows. You will also be involved in automating workflows to reduce provider burnout and improve patient safety. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and architecture of cloud-based solutions that directly impact patient care. Additionally, you will collaborate with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure. Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of PerfectServe's innovative healthcare communication solutions.
