Your communication skills allow you to represent the company positively in various customer interactions, and you are committed to following and implementing company sales policies and procedures.

What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales goals for the Great Lakes region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, guiding them through an aggressive program of recruiting, selection, training, and development. Your role will involve executing key sales and marketing strategies while building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the industry. You will actively participate in monitoring field activities to ensure balanced workloads and will exercise control over resources, budgets, and expenses. Additionally, you will oversee business operations, including accounts receivable, and maintain necessary reporting and records for effective management of the sales region. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a motivated and high-performing sales team that consistently achieves its targets.

What we offer

Revance offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $155,000 annually, along with incentive pay.
