GLIDE is seeking a Supervising Case Manager to oversee a team of Case Managers and manage operations across San Francisco neighborhoods. This role involves providing high-quality services to clients experiencing homelessness and requires strong leadership skills.
You have experience in case management and a strong commitment to social justice — your background equips you to lead a team effectively while addressing the needs of vulnerable populations. You are adept at managing operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery, particularly for individuals experiencing homelessness. As the Supervising Case Manager, you will oversee a team of 2–8 Case Managers, ensuring they provide effective mobile and on-site services to clients. You will manage shift operations across all San Francisco neighborhoods, validating relocations and reunifications while safeguarding client-related supplies and funds. Your role will involve developing and managing individualized care plans, coordinating resources, and facilitating access to essential services such as health and mental health treatment. You will also be responsible for transporting clients to appointments and connecting them with shelter and housing options. Your leadership will be crucial in spearheading outreach efforts and ensuring that your team meets the diverse needs of clients. You will need to be available for special events and emergencies, demonstrating your commitment to the community.
