You'll leverage your sales skills and experience to negotiate contracts and build strong relationships. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions — you've honed your skills in building relationships and negotiating contracts. Proficiency in Salesforce is second nature to you, allowing you to manage your pipeline effectively and track your progress. You are a natural at selling and have a keen understanding of the local food scene, which helps you connect with potential partners. You enjoy collaborating with teams and have a strong ability to communicate the value of products to prospects. You are driven by targets and consistently strive to exceed them, demonstrating your commitment to success.
In this role, you will leverage your prospecting skills to build partnerships with merchants in the Seattle area. Your primary focus will be on bringing in new small and medium-sized merchants that align with Uber Eats' partnership criteria. You will manage contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Clear communication of Uber's value and its latest products to prospects will be essential. You will partner with Operations and Account Managers to activate the best merchants smoothly, helping to identify and build best practices along the way. As an ambassador for Uber Eats, you will maintain proactive communication with prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
