Fizz is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 to contribute to their college social app. You'll work with technologies like Swift, Google Cloud Platform, and TypeScript. This role is ideal for current or graduating college students who are users of Fizz.
You are a current or graduating college student who is personally a user of Fizz, bringing your unique perspective to the team. You possess strong fundamentals in computer science concepts such as algorithms, data structures, networking, operating systems, and databases. You have experience building several products from the ground up, showcasing your ability to take initiatives from 0 to 1. Your direct experience with any area of our tech stack, including Swift, Google Cloud Platform, TypeScript, and Node.js, makes you a valuable addition to our engineering team.
As a Software Engineering Intern at Fizz, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities similar to those of full-time engineers. You will own large initiatives end-to-end, allowing you to directly impact the product you care about. You will collaborate with other engineers to support ongoing projects and tasks, contributing to the development of features that enhance the user experience for Gen Z. Your role will involve coding, debugging, and testing, ensuring that the applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will also participate in team meetings, providing insights based on your experiences as a Fizz user, which will help shape the direction of our product.
