You have over 4 years of experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining applications using Python, Java, or Scala. Your expertise in Python is particularly strong, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges with confidence. You possess a solid understanding of SQL-based databases, enabling you to assist customers effectively with their data-related queries. Your experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure enhances your ability to provide comprehensive support for Databricks customers.
You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a customer-facing role. You enjoy troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, and you take pride in delivering best practices support for custom-built solutions. You will participate in the creation and maintenance of company documentation and knowledge articles, contributing to the overall knowledge base that supports both customers and internal teams. Your advocacy for customers will be a key aspect of your role, as you work to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard within the organization.
You will also engage in a weekend and weekday on-call rotation, demonstrating your commitment to providing timely support whenever it is needed. Your ability to strengthen your AWS and Azure expertise through learning and training will be essential as you assist customers with their cloud-related queries.
