Overview

Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and offers a base compensation of $17/hour.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service. You are self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment, contributing to a positive customer experience. Your energy and passion for customer service drive you to deliver happiness to customers, whether it's through direct interactions or community involvement. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and represent Carvana's dynamic brand in various ways.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role would be a plus. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs. A strong understanding of customer satisfaction metrics and a desire to improve them will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. You will engage with customers on the driveway, providing them with information about their new vehicle and answering any questions they may have. Your role will also involve operating one of our unique Vending Machines in select locations, adding an exciting twist to the car delivery process. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all deliveries are executed efficiently and that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Additionally, you will participate in community events to promote Carvana and enhance brand visibility.
