Who you are

You have a solid background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner. You understand the importance of creating a supportive workplace culture and have a proven track record of driving employee engagement initiatives. Your ability to analyze data and metrics allows you to make informed decisions that positively impact the workforce. You are skilled in resolving complex employee issues and have experience coaching and developing HR colleagues and stakeholders. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can effectively communicate HR policies and programs to various stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are committed to fostering positive employee relations.

What you'll do

As an HR Business Partner at Amazon, you will own and deliver various HR projects that align with business goals. You will engage with key stakeholders to collect data and implement policies that enhance the employee experience. Your role will involve resolving high-level employee issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring that all processes are handled fairly and effectively. You will coach and develop HR colleagues, helping them to grow in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the HR function. Additionally, you will analyze internal dashboards to create reports on key metrics for leadership, providing insights that drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate with work councils and unions where relevant, ensuring that employee relations are managed positively and effectively.
