Notion is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the Enterprise team in Munich to drive product adoption and customer retention. You'll work closely with clients to educate them on Notion's capabilities and gather insights to inform product development. You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level accounts. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your expertise in onboarding and training users on software products. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals using Notion. You understand the importance of customer feedback and are eager to share insights with product teams to enhance user experience.
You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, which enable you to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools. In this role, you will drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Notion's product among enterprise customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the onboarding process and helping them leverage Notion's features to enhance collaboration and project management. Your responsibilities will include hosting training sessions, conducting onboarding workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure customers are getting the most out of the platform.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to relay customer feedback and insights that can inform future product developments. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the foundations of the Customer Success team at Notion, allowing you to have a meaningful impact on the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
You will also engage in regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. By building strong relationships, you will help customers navigate challenges and maximize their use of Notion, ultimately driving their success and loyalty to the product.
