What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training roadmap that includes creating new courses, updating existing materials, and retiring outdated content. You will collaborate closely with all CISO teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with current security threats and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve designing and delivering training sessions that engage employees and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.

You will lead the planning and execution of large-scale awareness campaigns, such as Security Days, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Your ability to manage budgets and logistics will be crucial in executing these initiatives effectively. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven improvements to enhance their impact.
