What you'll do

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. As a leader, you will mentor and guide a small team of staffing leads, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. You will work closely with business operations and finance teams to align staffing strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that all customer service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
