The International 3P SX and WW External Fulfillment (ISFX) team is seeking an experienced Director to lead our Analytics and Productivity Tools organization. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the vision for Selection Economics, Fee frameworks, Analytics, Account Management tools, and GenAI productivity initiatives across International Seller Services (ISS). You will build and lead a diverse team of product managers, scientists, economists, and business intelligence professionals to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve selection economics across our International 3P businesses.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead the development of Selection Economics frameworks that classify selection using cost drivers and Consumer-InStock-Value (CIV) to maximize price competitiveness, convenience, and sustainability for each ASIN
* Establish and oversee a common bounded framework for seller fees across international stores while respecting local market independence
* Build and lead a center of excellence for science capabilities across International 3P, including hiring and developing senior science leaders
* Drive the vision to centralize product development for Sales and Account Management tools, starting with ISS and expanding to AIS and other Amazon businesses
* Spearhead GenAI initiatives to reduce costs through automation of knowledge operations work (KOW) and continuously identify new applications for GenAI across our businesses
* Lead a large, multi-disciplinary team including Product Managers, Program Managers, Business Intelligence Engineers, Economists, and Applied/Data Scientists
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field
* 15+ years experience in product management, analytics, or related technical roles
* 10+ years of people management experience, including managing managers
* Experience leading large, cross-functional technical teams
* Track record of delivering complex technical products and programs at scale* MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field
* Experience with marketplace economics, fee structures, or e-commerce platforms
* Strong understanding of machine learning, data science, and GenAI applications
* Experience building and scaling analytics or business intelligence organizations
* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
* Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts to business outcomes
* Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and productivity improvements
* Experience working in international or global business contexts

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $213,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $318,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
