What you'll do

As an Entry Level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will perform light bodywork on vehicles, which includes prepping, sanding, and buffing to prepare them for sale. You will be responsible for removing and installing bumpers, ensuring that all components are securely attached and functioning properly. Your role will also involve minor plastic welding and small area bodywork, where you will apply techniques such as Bondo repair to restore vehicles to their best condition.

You will work closely with a team of experienced technicians who will guide you through the processes and help you develop your skills. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
