What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary legal partner for OKX's US business, advising on a wide range of regulatory topics. You will work closely with product teams to ensure that new product launches comply with applicable regulations and support the company's strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing regulatory strategies that align with the company's goals, as well as advising on licensing requirements and compliance matters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance on strategic partnerships and corporate transactions, ensuring that all agreements are legally sound and protect the company's interests. Additionally, you will stay informed about changes in the regulatory landscape and assess their impact on the business, providing timely updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
