As a Workforce Support Specialist at Farfetch, you will report to the Workforce Management Lead and be responsible for omnichannel management in real-time. Your primary focus will be ensuring that staffing levels meet the demands of the business and its customers. You will generate, validate, and publish Customer Excellence Schedules while maximizing labor efficiency throughout the day. Additionally, you will manage real-time queues and short-term planned workforce across multiple sites, markets, and channels. Engaging with operational leaders and support teams, you will provide valuable recommendations and guidance to enhance operational excellence.
