What you'll do

In this role, you will support Formlabs by partnering with leaders across the business, focusing on the go-to-market teams, to identify and attract exceptional talent. You will engage in full cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process across multiple departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods to find candidates, including leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Additionally, you will track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions. You will contribute to building a strong employer brand that reflects the values and culture of Formlabs, helping to attract top talent in the industry.
