Formlabs is seeking a Business Recruiter to enhance their Marketing and Sales teams. You'll engage in full cycle recruiting to find top talent passionate about 3D printing. This role requires experience in recruiting across multiple departments.
You have a strong background in recruiting, ideally with experience in the technology or manufacturing sectors. You understand the nuances of hiring for various roles, particularly in marketing and sales, and are adept at engaging with candidates to assess their fit for the organization. You are passionate about building teams that drive innovation and are committed to delivering results for customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with business leaders to understand their talent needs. You are skilled in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. You are proactive in your approach and continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process. In this role, you will support Formlabs by partnering with leaders across the business, focusing on the go-to-market teams, to identify and attract exceptional talent. You will engage in full cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process across multiple departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods to find candidates, including leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Additionally, you will track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions. You will contribute to building a strong employer brand that reflects the values and culture of Formlabs, helping to attract top talent in the industry.
