Overview

KnowBe4 is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with Mid-Market clients and drive business outcomes. This role focuses on maximizing Customer Lifetime Value and requires strong interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is paramount, and you thrive on ensuring their success and satisfaction with the services provided. You are proactive and strategic, always looking for ways to maximize Customer Lifetime Value and drive tangible business outcomes. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to clients. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven platforms. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. A background in sales or marketing can also be beneficial, as it helps you understand the broader context of customer engagement and retention.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they derive maximum value from our Human Risk Management platform. You will work closely with Mid-Market clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their security culture. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to relay client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will track key performance indicators related to customer success and report on these metrics to senior management.
