Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex projects in silicon operations and cloud supply chain. You'll leverage your expertise in program management and supply chain operations to drive projects to completion. This role requires 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes significant experience in supply chain operations, particularly within the silicon development life cycle and manufacturing processes such as wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing. You have a proven track record of managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, especially in the semiconductor industry, focusing on custom silicon, ASIC, or electronic component development. Your ability to drive projects to completion in ambiguous environments sets you apart, as does your excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners across the company. You will serve as the central point of accountability for project deliverables, ensuring that stakeholders are held accountable for on-time and high-quality contributions. Your role will involve identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks and issues, developing contingency plans, and driving resolution with a sense of urgency. You will also drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools, leveraging data and AI insights to enhance efficiency, predictability, and agility.
At Google, you will be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that impact the semiconductor industry and cloud supply chain. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe diverse teams build better products. You will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a culture that promotes professional growth and development.
