You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing key accounts and driving customer engagement. Your ability to build and strengthen relationships is paramount, as you will work closely with Key Account Executives to ensure that strategic accounts receive the attention they need to thrive. You understand the importance of customized solutions and strategic insights in supporting business expansion, and you are adept at navigating complex client needs to deliver exceptional service.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey strategic guidance to clients and internal teams alike. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess account performance and identify opportunities for growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that you can address client concerns swiftly and effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the media or production industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by key accounts in this sector. Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and account management tools will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Key Account Executives to grow strategic accounts, ensuring that the Account Management team drives customer engagement and strengthens relationships. You will be responsible for supporting business expansion through customized solutions and strategic insights, making your role integral to the Production and Media team. Your focus will be on ensuring that key accounts receive the attention and strategic guidance they need to thrive.

You will analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored strategies that meet client needs. Regular communication with clients will be essential, as you will provide updates on account status and address any concerns they may have. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing best practices for account management, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver exceptional service.
