Squarespace is seeking a Senior Analyst for CRM Measurement & Reporting to enhance customer growth and retention strategies. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams, utilizing SQL and dbt to build reporting tools and analyze campaign effectiveness.
You have over 5 years of experience in analytics or data science, specifically supporting CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing. Your expertise in influencing CRM strategy through data analysis and decision frameworks has shaped successful marketing initiatives. You are skilled in building dashboards and working with large datasets, particularly using SQL and dbt, which allows you to derive insights efficiently. Your ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner is a key strength, enabling you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with in-house Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate goals into analytical requirements and solutions. You are passionate about promoting best practices among peers and partners, ensuring that data-driven decisions are at the forefront of marketing strategies.
In this role, you will power Squarespace's customer growth and retention strategy through comprehensive analysis, measurement, and reporting. You will address complex questions that influence campaign effectiveness and audience strategy, ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and impactful. Your responsibilities will include building self-service reporting tools that surface campaign results at scale, significantly reducing the time to insight and decision-making for CRM and its partners. You will measure the holistic impact of CRM incentives and touchpoints, such as email, push notifications, and in-product messages, on acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and other key outcomes. Additionally, you will develop predictive models and analyses to shape audience strategy, improving targeting, personalization, and engagement. Presenting your recommendations to partners across various levels will be a crucial part of your role, as you aim to influence and enhance the overall marketing strategy.
