Are you looking to drive meaningful change through data-driven insights?
As a Business Analyst in our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, you'll shape the future of hiring by transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that improve how we attract and select exceptional people.
You'll partner with stakeholders across EMEA and World Wide teams to optimise our recruitment processes and create innovative solutions that make a real difference to candidates and hiring teams alike.

Key job responsibilities
As a Business Analyst you will...

• Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyse complex datasets to provide insights that support evidence-based decision making and help shape business priorities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and regular reporting to track performance metrics and highlight areas requiring attention.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear communication of objectives, timelines, and deliverables to all relevant stakeholders and customers.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams, translating technical information into actionable business insights.

A day in the life
As a Business Analyst, you collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA and World Wide teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Your morning might begin with analyzing recruitment data to develop insights for leadership decisions. Throughout the day, you prepare reports, participate in cross-functional meetings, and work on projects to enhance talent acquisition operations.
You may find yourself designing dashboards and products, conducting research, writing insight papers or supporting initiatives that shape how we attract talent.
The role offers opportunities to drive meaningful change while developing your analytical and consulting capabilities.

About the team
You will join a collaborative group of Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers and Program Managers, supporting Talent Acquisition across EMEA.
Working alongside recruitment specialists, hiring managers, and fellow analysts, you will help shape data-driven solutions that enhance our hiring processes.
Your colleagues bring diverse perspectives from across Europe, creating an environment where you can learn and contribute meaningfully.
The team values innovative thinking and focuses on delivering impactful results through partnership and knowledge sharing.- Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrable proficiency analyzing data, creating dashboard and business reports using SQL.
- Proven experience writing scripts using SQL, extracting and analyzing the data to provide precise reports to stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to consistently maintain a high level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management experience
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders- Advance SQL proficiency, writing complex SQL statements and ability to analyze larges amount of data.
- Experience in wider programming language including; Python, C++, R
- Experience in statistical analysis, data science and research
- Ability to create detailed business analysis, insight and research papers outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business stakeholders.
- Data visualization skills are also beneficial, such as proficiency in QuickSight
